Snow Angels

On location for Thomas Built Bus in Quebec City, one might think speaking
French would be the shoot element most difficult to overcome but no.  It seems
the client needs this shot without any snow in it.  Having a plow grind off 4 feet
of the white stuff is a start.  With a production crew of three and a talented
photoshop guru, (Thanks Mike!) we were able to make it happen.  Nothing left
for photographers to do but make snow angels.  Don't they have any busses
in Florida?

Who do dat VOO DOO!

With as many travel destinations as we have logged over the years we'd not yet found ourselves in New Orleans or Naw'lins as the locals are prone to say. There was definitely Voo Doo in the air as Mike threw caution to the wind and ate not one, but two oysters. Unbelievable! This from a guy who wouldn't eat a shrimp if it were fired down his gullet with a slingshot. I however, took full advantage of local cuisine and can't imagine anything tastier than shrimp, corn and new potatoes. Le Bon Temps Roule!

Monsoon season
7/28/2009 9:55:11 AM
Following a three day sojourn through horizontal rain and Toronto rush hour traffic,
we steamed into Burlington, VT to shoot for Western Star Trucks. We were
prepared to spend the week waiting out the monsoon, but a little prayer and some
good fortune gave us a window to "get 'er done."  With limited time to position the
truck or hide my bald  spot, I coached the driver into position and made art.

Trains, planes, trucks & automobiles

Many of our clients are in the business of transporting you and your products.
We find ourselves on the tarmac, tracks and highways, helping them tell their
stories. Making great photographs while "riding the rails" requires shiny orange
vests, hard hats and a sense of humor. You won't find the glam world of
Americas Next Top Model but you will find hot coffee, firm hand shakes and the
occasional tall tale.  Where else would you rather be?
